I think his involvement with the Fan Zone wasn’t in detail, that was the Board

I can imagine his philosophy is to make the match day experience, very much like Baseball. I have been to many baseball games and there tends to be as many people in the concourses, buying food, merch as in the stands so the culture is different. The experience is very family and friends orientated and far less aggressive.
