I think Vrancic is best example if we are talking about hope

He looked similar to what we’ve seen from the guys recruited this and last season - slow of thought and on the ball, fragile, easy to bully, giving the ball away too easily. Then at some point, and I don’t think it was right away in his second season, he worked it out and was great. Actually think it was a mistake letting him go when we did.
