We had Farke, and he would often grab a player after a game and give them real time coaching on something that he thought was important to learn, right there and then on the pitch. Yes, we might have just won 3-0, but I’ve seen this about how you get better for next time, and I’m telling you right now. Incredible coaching, fantastic leadership. I know how to make you better. You need to never stop learning.

Manning just hasn’t got that in him. He simply isn’t capable of it. The number of times he just stands there…. (And if he says “it’s on of those….” again in his next press conference over and over I’m going to cycle there to throw a bucket of water at him.)
