One of the many things I loved about Farke

He always emphasized what a privilege it was for the players to wear the yellow shirt and for himself to be managing NCFC. I think instilling this mindset into the players had a huge impact. It feels like since he left we sell ourselves to new signings as just a stepping stone and all the managers have felt a bit mercenary. Not really felt a connection to any player or manager since he left. Though I did actually quite like Hoff, had a bit about him.
