Regarding injuries, I would assume that the physio and medical team would've stayed

constant throughout the different managerial changes. Unlikely that when they sack a manager, they sack the whole support staff too. The fact that we are getting a lot of injuries despite changes in coaches could suggest that there is an issue with the Sports Science and Medical team. They're the ones screening the new players. They're the ones getting them to improve the player's deadlift 1RM and turning them into powerlifters rather than robust footballers.

There's a lot of quackery in modern sports science. I'd be interested to know the recruitment policy in this area, whether they are going for professionals with a lot of experience specifically with footballers or cheap fresh-faced uni post-grads
