I agree with a lot of that

But I’m not sure the executive leadership structure necessarily needs a major overhaul.

Isn’t the main issue just knapper has put together a poor squad and either appointed an average manager or one that doesn’t fit very well with the squad he’s got?

Maybe there does need to be better executive oversight and maybe Webber isn’t doing a great job, but right now, I can’t see past this just being a poor sporting director issue.
