Michael Skubala

As a Home Member at both Norwich and Lincoln I was interested comments following the listing of Michael Skubala as one of the favourites to take over as Norwich Head Coach.
Over the past two seasons I have seen one team with either no idea of the system they are supposed to be playing, or no faith in that system, I see players carelessly giving the ball away, conceding silly goals, and sometimes even giving up.
I see the other team with players that all seem to know their role and who believe in the system. A team that defend as a unit. I see players who win more than their fair share of 50/50 balls and who are normally backed up by a teammate ready to either take the pass or go in and get in themselves.
It is also interesting to note that the only new signing that has hit the ground running is Jovan Makama, signed from Lincoln
