Leadership

From the very top is what is needed.
A Chief Exec, a David McNally type character. No hesitation from him in sacking Bryan Gunn, and he had a plan for his replacement.
At the moment there is no leadership off the pitch from the owners (who apparently do not understand football) nor from the Sporting Director, Knapper (who is more concerned with self preservation). Nor is there leadership on the pitch from Manning.
Delia and Michael need to be telling the owners what to do here, even if it is to seek advice from trusted external sources outside of the club
