It’s not bad luck. It’s bad research. Ok you can be unlucky of

a player who has shown consistent great character throughout his career melts down because he is homesick or something but in general if you call around you’re going to get an idea. Much like a reference for work.

Jurasek’s previous fan base basically told us his “behaviours” were holding him back. You can fix some technique and system stuff but it is extremely hard to fix character. Especially if you need to do that for multiple players at the same time. It’s an absolute energy drainer.
