Most clubs have an SD or director of football or some such...its not the set up it is the application of it. Webber and Farke worked well together for a while, big personalities clashing, Webber's ego...needed a tough Chairman to keep them both in line.

Going forward it can work again but not with Knapper as SD he should head up Data Analysis at most...we need someone with football knowledge on and off the pitch, and a clear vision and the strength to stick to it.
