Unfortunately not many options these days. It's mostly AWS or Azure (Microsoft), maybe Google Cloud.
And while not unlikely, that doesn't necessarily mean they are using AWS for data hosting. Doesn't even mean they are directly using it at all. All you need is to be reliant, directly or indirectly, on one third party application or sub system which DOES use it and you have an issue.
Laws usually prevent sensitive data being hosted physically outside the country though, so the server farms are usually domestic (or at least in Ireland) although run by the US big tech companies.
