Placheta is a starter in this current team, which shows how far we have fallen in terms of quality in the squad. Jurasek and Marcondes not working hard enough for me in those positions. We can't be carrying those types of players in games in the hope they might do one moment of magic.

As we've no real no. 10 option I think we should use a 433 with a three man midfield from now on, Wright, Kenny and Mattson. Sarge, Oscar and Kvistgaarden (back soon hopefully) upfront. And please stop with Fisher at left back he cost us that goal today, for all the criticism of Schlupp he's at least a left back.

But still think the manager isn't getting the most of the players like a Danny Rohl could get in terms of motivation and tactical knowledge. I'd make that change while he's still available.
