We've not been able to put on 90 minutes of hard graft for about 3 managers now

The common denominator seems to be the group of coaches who got promoted following Farke leaving.

I think we need a new sporting director who will systemically consider everything, from the fitness issues to the recruitment team to the head coach and first and youth teams.
