Why would you sell in a prime location, obviously everything does have a price but no one is going to sell something like that unless you're in the s**t or the offer is beyond the realms of it's worth - and I don't see NCFC swimming in the sort of money that would make that happen and just like the City Stand, it would take a long time to recoup the investment whilst bobbling about in the Championship.
