Can't see much point buying it if it's not just to knock it down and use the land for stadium expansion. I'd imagine the cost-benefit analysis wasn't particularly attractive previously as we'd never recoup the cost.
But if Attanssio just wanted to do it for the sake of having a more appealing football stadium again, then it's chicken feed.
Does PSR come into play, or is capex excluded?
