Thank you for taking the time to email following the recent announcement on Carrow Road development.

Firstly, we can fully appreciate your strength of feeling on this matter. Please be assured that this is not a decision the club has taken lightly and has been taken to futureproof Carrow Road and ensure a better all-round matchday experience for our supporters of today, but also tomorrow.

The club looked at all possible options to develop and futureproof the stadium and determined, after looking at facilities, this to be the best position for our home fans. We then presented the plans to the Canaries Trust and the Supporter Panel, which is the club’s official consultative group, made up of both supporter groups and directly elected fans.

While I have noted your objections and thoughts and these will be shared internally, the club will also hold an open evening to answer any questions supporters may have on the upcoming changes to Carrow Road. This will take place in Legends at Carrow Road on Wednesday, October 15, at 6pm, should you wish to come and make your voice heard in person.
