Two teams that have annoyed are Holland and Germany for the blatent

running after the ref, doing bad tackles and rolling around the floor injured, only to be up straight away

Matty Jonson was mint today, can't help thinking how he could have been the next cult hero at Norwich if the faith or the understanding of his game was taken into account

He ran all day, when he got booked I loved the way in front of the ref he told Ballack to get up (even though the booking was deserved :)

He just gave his all. The best thing he did was when he was subbed he ran off the pitch, and gave the sub a massive "come on!!" and hid his disappointment till after the substitution, he was clearly gutted to be off the field, but didn't let personal anger about coming off affect the team morale
