Part of my ceiling came down this morning because of the water leak from upstairs...

I told the agents and landlady a few months ago. If I could go back in life, I'd tell an 18 year old me to get a mortgage and never rent. It's just a nightmare and money pit for someone else. Very very depressing. Hey ho, water went through the electricity box and I didn't die in an explosion so that's a bonus. :) If you want to make money, buy lots of bedsits and rent them out.
