I don't really know whether he's doing a good job with the hand he's been dealt with

Results and performances suggest he isn't. Are those results and performances purely down to the players he choses to play? Possibly? Who knows? He sees them every day in training.

But that's beside the point. I'm not just going to make s**t up and call it fact just to prove my opinion.
