I think you have found the formation which puts them all in their

positions in which they are most suited.

However, in a diamond, the width is again provided by the full backs, meaning they need to get forward, and so we will still get the hoof between the CBs and the diagonals to the channel behind the FBs, and therefore still get the occasional goal 5 seconds after we were completely camped around their penalty area.

But I would accept that. Not sure Mattsson is the type to cover for the FBs like Skipp did, but at least we would score some goals.
