just checked the fantasy league and i've shot up the division since last time i checked

i was at the bottom for ages (we are the winners)

What i'm wondering now, is should i use up my three transfers to get rid of my costa rican manager and crap players, or wait until i know the final eight to improve my chances of keeping the best players?
