We're definitely short of quality in midfield

And we're short of pacey attackers too.

But yes, our build up play could be better coached.

We had some good results last season with what looks to be a worse line-up than Manning has available. E.g. Norwich 5-1 Swansea

Gunn, Fisher, Duffy, Doyle, Mahovo, Schwartau, McLean, Marcondes, Hernandez, Sargent, Dobbin

Our midfield of McLean, Topic and Mattsson is too passive on the ball. Think we need to play two of them plus Wright.

Are there any free agent wingers we could sign on a short-ter contract?!
