From being a give Manning more timer I think we need to change things

I cannot see things picking up based on the last 3 games.
We badly lack pace and creativity, which is partly Manning as he picks the team and formation but is also down to Knapper’a recruitment.
Crnac worked harder today than he has in most games, but he is simply isn’t good enough.
I would honestly take Idah ahead of him.
Should have at least had a shot on target today, somehow hooked the ball well wide of the post when through.
Not sure how Manning can be sacked and Knapper retained? He has failed dismally with the last 2 managerial appointments.
