I'm sure they are "doing things" to try and improve things

But that can happen at the training ground, it doesn't HAVE to involve sacking people. And while we can't buy a new team we do have the potential to improve the current one by getting players fit (and not having to play a RB at LB which is always s**t) and get a bit of continuity in the team selection rather than the current (mainly unavoidable) chopping and changing.
