The club are obsessed with statistics and spreadsheet football. Football is messy, unpredictable and completely ill-suited to numbers men.

We need a good quality football man in charge who can organise our players into a solid hard to beat formation.

Someone who isn't afraid to let players make the statistically wrong decision if he means creating space or chances.
