Because of two things

1) moving away fans will dilute atmosphere, already tepid
2) people are being moved from seats some have held for 20 years+ and got to know people around them

It’s not the end of the world, but when people are already pissed off it’s going to piss them off a bit more.

Doesn’t affect me and I look forward to the fan zone when the weather is nice enough.
