The reason being high ST demand...

Vastly Increase the available casual seats and it decreases vastly the incentive a lot of ST holders will have for getting a ST.

These are simple laws of supply and demand.

FWIW I have long said I'm OK with a small ground expansion such as filing in the hotel corner, which would be a smaller cost and not disrupt the overall ecosystem.(Or the stadium too much)

If somebody can prove there is the demand for 35k per game I would go along with a huge expansion.
