So answer this question....

If there are lots of seats, what incentive does the casual season ticket holder have for buying tickets when they can get tickets to any game.

Expanding any of the main stands (not the corner) would cost a fortune if you include interest payments.

There is zero proof there is the demand for extra capacity when most games are not close to being sold out.
