From a recruitment point of view

It seems obvious but players we have picked up who were already playing in England are better and more settled than the foreign signings.

last night we had Stacey, Darling, Fisher, McLean starting then Mahovo and Makama coming on and looking the part. Other players who we've signed for some big money look increasingly unsettled. Even Sargent took ages to adapt to this Country. Are we ever going to see the best from Jurasek or Crnac? is Medic another dud?

obviously we will get some right like Borja Sainz but are we taking too many risks signing tonnes of players who have potential or have failed at other clubs abroad? are we not helping them to settle in? is there more the club can do to help them?

Knapper signed Mahovo, Darling, Makama and Wright who I think will all go on to big things for us so lets hope we go more down that route in the future.
