but I don't think we're any further ahead in governance than we were when we first went to this exec committee model. And I don't really like that - there's a reason for boards.

I suspect Zoe is probably the toughest nut, and she can protect herself by getting rid of others. And given she was the lead in finding the Attanassios, she's probably fairly well protected there? So accountable to whom (NB OG).

Anyway I know nothing, but it still seems a bit casual.
