State of the Canary Nation

I am just bothered by the total lack of connection throughout the club...from transfers...who thinks it ok...we have so many similar central midfielders...clearly no creativity even to the average fan!...youth not coming through...despite the money spent on it!...E ticketing clearly a problem for some..just general overall governance/over view
Maybe our American model needs a perm man / woman here...does not need to be football experienced!..But needs to ask the important and obvious questions...are you sure?...do we really need this..why no kids...where's the money coming from..have we asked the fans....good old fashioned general management!
