If Costa Rica EVER became 51st state the stars on the USA flag would..

....be arranged in a circle due to the odd number. Most of you know that. It has been that way before but I have no intention of doing further research.

Obviously it would've been the last time the number of USA states (once collected) formed an uneven number...
