I think pace is the biggest factor, we lack options in the attacking third

Sarg, Crnac and Mak are not blessed. Diallo is out for a spell that leaves Jurasek possibly but doesn't look to quick. For me we need to play 3 in CM 3 from Kenny, Mattson Gibbs, Wright and Topic probably in that order. Though I would like to see Topic given a freer reign but he seems really restricted ATM.
