Seems to have been appointed purely on the basis that he got another team to the play-offs and is from Norwich rather than any actual coaching ability.

Agree that Knapper is a massive problem. Wouldn't trust him to recruit the next person. Not convinced that the other people around him in the upper management at Norwich aren't also equally as awful.
