I do agree with that

Just not convinced its a panacea that will solve our main problem, which is a lack of ability.

But....a manager's job is to get the best out of the players, not just rigidly stick to the same formation that isn't working.

It's very simple in the end though; we can all see the issues, Manning has to start to improve us or he gets fired. JHT couldn't improve our issues, in fact we regressed, and in the bin he went.
