me like, i smash it's head in with a teaspoon then decapitate it with said spoon. i then go in with properly well tusted tust with marmite reinforcement. once all the runny yolk has been mopped out i spoon the rest of the white out and devour it and then replace the shell upside down in the egg cup so it looks like it's a new egg like i was brought up to do.
scrambles, poachies, fried, bennydicts, gypsy tusts all have their place in the pantheon of egg based fruhstuckerage but sometimes only hms dippy eggs will hit the spot.
