Russia is f**ked in terms of its economy though so as time drags on they’ll have to come to the table. It’s just how long and how aggressive Putin becomes in that timeframe. Demographically the economy will take decades to recover. Birth rates down, 1 million casualties to young men, unemployment too low forcing wages up, stagflation, gilts in the teen percents. The only thing keeping them going is their historically low debt ratios due to oil and gas and even debt is starting to climb a bit and at high percentage costs will soon ramp up.
