It was more at the 3* saying it. It’s so ridiculous that I can’t believe he posted it even as a posturing post amongst his assertions that Russia has already lost.

One thing he said is what I’ve thought all along, there will be a demilitarised zone ala NK/SK. That makes complete sense from both sides.
