Needs to turn things around in terms of results.
I still think 10 games will be a sample you can look at to see where we are at... currently not looking good but that can turn quickly.

As a new manager the best scenario is to finish outside the playoffs would be to start poorly and finish stronger.
Hoff started well and fell away.
