Feels waaaay too soon to be talking a change - even if the current circs are not promising.
I don't think he's a terrible manager.
I don't think he's as good as Farke.
Best scenario would be that we'd end up with AN Alex Neil type of manager to galvanise the squad.
Worst scenario is that we end up with someone who's not invested or skilled enough and we spiral to relegation.
Suspect that whatever happens we'll be between the two.
Soooo devils advocating - we've had injuries, it takes time to integrate some players more than others, the squad is young and they're still learning the system.
(unlike previous rounds of these kind of arguments I not terribly invested - Manning seems alright, if not inspirational and giving him a few months *at least* shouldn't be controversial - whether we get shot of him or not, the question should really be who we replace him with).
I'd probably suggest Knapper should be next in the firing line before the manager , but dunno if replacing both at the same time would be the high stakes move that would make any sense...
