surely we can afford someone (who finished in the playoffs 6 games ago) a bit of time to

find a way of getting this team to play well with the players we've got. if not, i don't understand the point anymore.

some people don't like him, i get that. i didn't like roeder before he was our manager but i still wanted him to do well when he was here.
