Director of Football..

What’s the point of having a director of football when you flip flop between managers with different playing philosophies? Every time we get a new head coach in we cull the squad and attempt to recruit a new batch of players to suit the new head coaches way of playing? I thought the whole idea of a DOF is to encourage continuity and establish a playing philosophy which aligns. I’m genuinely beginning to feel Knapper isn’t the answer!
