Doyle red card

Can Doyle’s elbow still be upgraded to a red. That was an horrendous attack on Jurassek. How on earth it was deemed yellow only I’ve no idea. Surely if you elbow someone you either the officials don’t see it or it’s a red. Also, wondered if there’s any history between the two when Doyle was with us. Either way he’s a little s**t and should be given the red retrospectively.
