It’s at these lower age groups and also the u21’s where they should be learning to solve on field problems. So that by the time they get to the first team it happens instantly. They spot a free player, understand tactically why that person is free in our press and adapt. But we have changed how our first team play 3 times in quick succession now. It’s never going to work as they are learning our new way of playing on top of having to spit what’s going on with the oppo. We don’t have an instilled sense of how to play our way.
