But Manning is now typical of managers who’re stuck

in some sort of footy dogma. He clearly hasn’t got the players to play the effing formation he thinks is right but he won’t change. I think we keep picking managers who over think everything. Bloke just doesn’t give the impression he has a clue. No sympathy for him. He’s in charge, he works with them all day and clearly it doesn’t work.
