My redundancy plan was to run every morning, then I rolled my ankle when I was in Como. Took 3 months to heal and then had other issues with illness and a dodgy calf.
You can make all the plans you like, life sometimes has other plans for you. New role is hybrid so i'll be commuting by bike a few times a week at least. Hoping to get the running kick started again soon, a friend wants to aim for Barcelona marathon in March..
