I swam a lot in Loch Linnhe this summer

Though it’s the sea not fresh water

I love taking the boat out into the middle where it’s 300 feet deep, turning the engines off and just plunging in. So refreshing and calming. We even had some sunshine this year! Plus it’s a free heart function check ❤️✅
