There is an average of 0.5 murder per day in London. That's without a Carnival

So on aversge 1 person was going to be murdered over 2 days.

2m entered the city and an unfortunate 2 deaths happened. If you don't the Carnival bevause of 2 deaths, what else do you want banning in London to prevent the murder that occurs every 2 days in tbe city?
