I mean, from watching his stuff

A year or two ago, and then again more recently, it's finely tuned but absolutely died in the wool racist.

He sets up the straw man argument and presents himself as judge and jury.

Eg - if he sees a person of colour *that he deems stupid* then it makes him assume it's a diversity hire...

Ooookay - plenty of hand waving not racist get out of jail free cards and caveats in the setup

But then he uses that to launch a demand that diversity stuff should be shut down.

Then factor in his audience.

Then factor in it being edited for social media to put him in the best light.

No evidence, no actual reasoning, just feels.

....

You could make exactly the same argument for anyone, of any colour and say it was nepotism...

....

Without any evidence, it's all just opinion.

And those opinions can be racist.
