i had this convo with a state employed bin wrangler up at hms harford bridge

i quote; "dun't waste no f**kun munny on cat litter, just leave the lid orf and whennut skin up all noice then ding it it the black bin".

he looked a bit like that bloke off of catweasel which might be useful if you want it from the horses mouth so to speak.
